Distances are in nautical miles using Navionics routing with the Vancouver railroad bridge mile 0.
Routing assumptions are based on traveling from “mile 0” using the main channel. (The past version assumed travel through Cathlamet channel for the shorter distance.) The Cathlamet route via the Cathlamet channel is now listed separately; as is Cathlamet (Elochoman Marina) to Astoria (West Basin)
