For you racers in the club, OCSA (Oregon Corinthian Sailing Association) is sponsoring “The Racing Rules of Sailing”. It will be taught by Dave Perry. See the flyer for his background. It is a Zoom class Saturday, March 13. Session A (9:30-11:30) covers all rules for upwind legs and session B 12:30-2:30) covers downwind legs, mark roundings, and starts. $12.
