Friday – Sail to Martin Slough
Anchor and/or raft up for a weekend of lazy enjoyment. If you have a dog, you will need to bring your dinghy.
Saturday – relax, read a book, watch the cargo ships pass by, tell tall tales. If you’re ambitious, wax your boat. All meals will be as you wish – potluck or on your own.
Sunday – share a breakfast together. Then hope for the northwest wind, pull out those spinakers and head home.
From Portland, plan for a 4-5 hour trip to Martin slough. Plan for a longer voyage home going against the current.
