Racing Rules for Sailing-ZOOM class

For you racers in the association, OCSA is sponsoring a Zoom seminar of “The Racing Rules of Sailing”. Saturday March 13th. First session starts at 9:30 and it goes through 2:30 with a lunch break. An afternoon session is geared towards race officials. It’s $12 and you can register with sailpdx.org.
