The Northwest Association of Networked Ocean Observing Systems (NANOOS)\, part of the U.S. Integrated Ocean Observing System (IOOS)\, provides these near-real time observations and forecasts. The NANOOS Visualization System (NVS) is a free online portal with applications developed for the maritime community. Learn how to use the NVS Boaters App’s networked ocean observing data and other tools like digital NOAA nautical charts\, routing capabilities and marina information to safely navigate our waters.
